Car rental at the airport is very smooth. However, we do recommended that you book the car in advance as this will guarantee that the car is available for pick up.

There is a free shuttle bus that takes you from the airport to the centre. Buses leaves regularly 24 hours a day. Deception Pass State Park
The stunning Deception Pass State Park is just over a one-and-a-half-hour drive north of Seattle, between the two islands Fidalgo and Whidbey. The area has been inhabited for thousands of years and there is a lot of history to discover in the Park. Here you can explore countless beautiful footpaths and camping sites. If you feel like going for a swim you can do so at one of the beaches.

Bellingham
Bellingham is one of the northernmost towns in the U.S. It is located about an hour and a half north of Seattle. The city has a very nice town centre, but it is known for its proximity to nature and outdoor activites. From Bellingham, you can take the ferry to the amazing San Juan Islands, where you can go whale watching and see orcas in their natural habitat.

Long Beach
If you long for gorgeous beaches and swimming, a trip to Long Beach is the perfect choice. The drive from Seattle takes about three hours. The city is located on a peninsula, and there are sandy beaches around the entire coastal strip.
